Mezze Night

We are very excited to welcome back our two star-chefs, Nathi and Dani, who staged at NOFO for our Christmas pop-up. We wanted to recreate the success by introducing a new cuisine: a Mediterranean night!

The mediterranean diet has captured a lot of attention in media the recent years as being the optimal diet for health and the planet. The mediterranean diet, a meal plan that emphasizes vegetables, healthy fats rich in Omega 3, protein, and whole grain is increasingly being recognized as the healthiest for your brain and body.

Studies have also found that a Mediterranean diet may be a powerful component in reducing symptoms of depression, and help improve memory and focus. For this night we will talk about food that affects our brains, what exactly goes into a diet high in healthy fat, and serve a delicious buffet with a wide variety of Mediterranean food. Kickstart the year with us by learning how to eat your way to a healthier, smarter brain!
