Inspired by the flavors of British summertime and using the best seasonal produce, join us at NOFO for a vegan twist on the classic British afternoon tea! 

You will be welcomed on arrival with a refreshing gin + elderflower cocktail, before choosing from a selection of loose-leaf teas to accompany your food.
Indulge in a variety of traditional sandwiches, freshly baked scones with clotted coconut cream and seasonal jam with a range of delicious cakes.

It consists of three different events presented by the Italian chef, Martina Riolino. Together with her husband, she owns a vegan restaurant in La Spezia, by the west coast in Italy.

We are so so excited to welcome the inspiring chefs from Silo, a highly reputable zero-waste restaurant in Brighton, UK.

Silo was founded from a desire to innovate the food industry whilst demonstrating respect for the environment, the way food is generated, and for the nourishment given to our bodies. All of which fits perfectly with our values at NOFO, and is why we cannot wait to hear more about their story!

Douglas & Blair will dish up a three-course plantbased menu followed by a discussion on how "zero waste is nature". The talk will give you insight into beneficial ways to combat waste, and remove the reliance for an industrial system.

Please join us for Saturday Dinner (7pm) or Sunday Lunch (2pm) to devour a delicious, zero-waste meal as well as some tips and tricks to bring home.

We are very excited to welcome back our two star-chefs, Nathi and Dani, who staged at NOFO for our Christmas pop-up. We wanted to recreate the success by introducing a new cuisine: a Mediterranean night!

The mediterranean diet has captured a lot of attention in media the recent years as being the optimal diet for health and the planet. The mediterranean diet, a meal plan that emphasizes vegetables, healthy fats rich in Omega 3, protein, and whole grain is increasingly being recognized as the healthiest for your brain and body.

Studies have also found that a Mediterranean diet may be a powerful component in reducing symptoms of depression, and help improve memory and focus. For this night we will talk about food that affects our brains, what exactly goes into a diet high in healthy fat, and serve a delicious buffet with a wide variety of Mediterranean food. Nothing gets you in the holiday spirit like a hot chocolate with cream. For this Christmas pop-up series, we will start with just that. 

The night will begin with a small cacao ceremony, guided by two incredible Colombian chefs who are flying in for the occasion. 

We will then move over to our chocolate workshop. Here you will learn how to make chocolate bonbons, S'mores (with vegan marshmallows), fruits dipped in chocolate, Nutella, and more dreamy sweets. Learn how to take your homemade gifts to the next level, or just get high on chocolate for your own reasons.

Secondhand Brunch

Our NOFO ladies are cleaning out their closets and will set up a mini secondhand pop-up shop in Posthallen restaurant! (Entrance through Dronningensgate 15 - not the courtyard).

Some of the girls you might be lucky to hang out with are Helene & Stephanie, Julie Varner, Tomine Harket, and the Radical Broccoli sisters.

One rack will be 100% for charity where all proceeds will go straight to a non-profit organization. The purchase price is up to you, as the buyer and donator. All clothing-transactions will be made through Vipps.

NOFO will be open from 12-17 to serve our hungry shoppers with pancakes, milkshakes, smoothie bowls, coco-yoghurt bowls, mac & cheese, creamy lattes and hot chocolate.

There will also be free coffee (sponsored by Lippe), free kombucha (sponsored by Surf Kombucha), free samples from Made by Berit Nordstrand’s product-line, and more free goodies inside Posthallen where our pop-up will be.

We are excited to introduce our second chef stage at NOFO featuring Matthias Bernwieser!

Matthias is the headchef of Brasserie Ouest, a popular traditional french restaurant in Oslo. For this night only, the Austrian born chef will serve up a seasonal, plantbased three course dinner. From classic french cuisine, Matthias will do something out of the ordinary, challenging his usual style of fine dining.

The food will be accompanied with the finest natural wine by Vin John. Vin John was established in June 2014 by John Sonnichsen, former sommelier at restaurant Noma, The Fat Duck and Bagatelle. A wine tasting will be available upon purchase at NOFO.

For this two night event we welcome guest chef Lauren Lovatt to serve up a seasonal autumn treat.

Having hosted inspiring plant based popup events across the uk for the last few years Lauren met NOFO founder Hanna whilst teaching for PlantLab in Barcelona earlier this year. 

They connected through a passion for plants and are excited to share this internationally inspired menu!

Lauren will soon be opening ‘The Plant Hub’ which is an incubator, cafe and plant based academy launching this autumn. In collaboration with author of Salad Pride this new space an exciting new Mecca for plant based excellence in London.
